So I have got the solution.

One of my Kontakt libraries was corrupt. I started adding single libraries. Reached adding that one and it gave the error. So I deleted the library and rest all got added with a batch command.

First things first, don't put any software in your OS's root folder, unless you want to have deal with permissions issues.

 

I was also facing the same problem and I had found the fix. Check all your kontakt libraries folder name, they should not contain special characters. If you found non standard english characters, just rename the folder and add the plugins again. This should solve the problem.

This is a Windows system, yes?

Firstly, note the comment from @Majestic above i.e. ensure the kontakt portable installation is NOT contained within the 'Program Files' folder. Assuming you've correctly placed it somewhere else, right click on the kontakt portable folder & select the 'properties' context menu option at the bottom. In the GUI that then pops-up, go to the 'Security' tab, click the 'edit' button and tick the 'Full Control' option under the 'Allow' column & press 'Apply'. Your library write permission issue should now be history...

 

Did you try everything mentioned in this thread?

Spoiler: This stuff:

Did you uncheck the "Read only" on the folder (& include subfolders) ?
If you did, search for special characters in folder names.
It might be good to create a folder beside your Kontakt library folder (ON THE SAME DRIVE) and move most libraries there.
Then start moving them back until you get the error. That is what Sunny Fiddle did.

Could someone tell me in which folder the information of the libraries scanned with the kontakt_button.exe application is saved in the kontakt 6.7.1 version under Windows 11? Thank you for any help.
