I don't know if it's a keygen related issue or a problem of my computer. When I try to register an Ezkeys library (String Machine or grand Piano, etc) using R2R Kgen, its third field, the auth. one, appears empty. I say "appears" becouse I think it's only filled with white fonts. If I right click and select, then copy, something is captured.
Anyone with same issue?

 

I think I found a "partial" solution: the field is not empty, is only white text on white background. So, right click on auth. field> select all>copy and than you can paste an auth. code text (black.......).
Someone with same issue? Just to know what's the matter?

I have had issues with String Machine only working in stand alone...

 

It's working, partial because I didn't find the main reason of this graphic issue

 

I find the sounds in ezkeys arent so great. I just use it for its midi wizardry but when I'm auditioning and writing I have a synth or kontakt on a track receiving midi from it. You can always just copy the midi from the libs to the ezkys midi folder so it shows in the browser. No mediocre samples lib installation needed that way. The same way you copy 3rd party midi libs

 

Thanks sG, I fully agree. But my problem is mainly related to the R2R kgen and the reason why it doesn't show authorization code in the correct way. If it's a problem that happens only to me, it means that there is a graphic issue in my DAW (or worst, a virus or something similar)

 

So, I'm the only one with this issue.....

thanks for the reply Pinkman, but I'm on another Pc and it takes some time to do (I'll try anyway). It's anyway really simple to describe, if you know Toontrack kgen; it has three fields, one (the upper) is for serial (generated by itself), the middle is for computer ID (from toontrack request, offline auth.), the last one is to show the generated auth. code. After the above inputs, clicking "generate authorization code", the field remains fully white. As I told above, I discovered it's not empty, but white text on white background. I don't undestand the reason of this behaviour, thje other fields are normally filled with black text on white background

 

I have the same problem. if there is text, I cant copy it. Im pretty sure there is no text on mine. I checked multiple times.

 

Did you try

• generate auth
  
• mouse right click on auth (empty...or seeming so) field
• select all option
• copy
• paste

?

 

shit wont copy damn it's broke. If it's a graphical issue check your magnification settings in your resolution or like stated above you have white text on white background because of how you personalized your color theme. If that's not the problem run it for compatibility check and run it under win8.1

If there's still a problem you have something else on your computer creating it.
