Problem with East West Hollywood Strings Diamond

    i want to load some patches today , i get an Error like this :

    All other Libraries work flawless

    Anyone got an Idea ?

    Looks like either the file that represents that particular articulation is either not in the location PLAY expects, or the file is corrupt, or has obfuscating security privileges (or file attributes) set on it making it unavailable to load. Have you checked the location on the system where the PLAY app expects to find that file?

    Thank you , yes the file is there....holy hell what a file mess in these folders .
    i have denistalled the library in the Libraries Browser from East West play and located it again but nothing happened , the issue is still there .

    Can anyone confirm that this patch is loading properly

    it seems that all legato slur+port patches are affected

    1st violins and 2nd violins , Celli and all other with leg. port

    Have you checked attribute/sec permissions on those files and folders? Also that is a rather long folder structure you have going there. It might be too long. Then again if other files are working that may not be an issue either.

    File system attributes or security permissions that for whatever operating system user account is being used are set in such a manner as to prevent an application to be read or executed by the system under that account.

    Funnily enough, I installed this yesterday myself and have just tried the preset in your image, and it loads fine for me.

    One thing I have noted is your folder and file path length looks pretty long, I am sure there is a limitation in windows for maximum length it can be.

    It could be something as simple as that.

    I would remove as many of the first subfolders as you can to decrease this and see if that makes a difference.

    Just for reference my folder path looks like

    F:\East West Hollywood Strings/then the main library files are installed under this.

    That safed my Day , i have moved the Content into another Folder , now it works
