I’m having an issue with the Arturia V Collection VSTs. When I install the pack and open Analog Lab, I get this error: error 02: failed to launch Arturia Software Center agent.

I’ve already uninstalled the whole pack once and reinstalled it several times, but the problem hasn’t been fixed. I also installed ASC, but it still didn’t work.

 

Please specify your operating system and which version (full name including team) did you install?

AN OLD EXAMPLE: Arturia Clean install:

1. Click on the Uninstall button

2. Delete the following folders & files if available :
C:\ProgramData\Arturia
C:\Program Files\Arturia
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Arturia
C:\Program Files (x86)\Arturia
View hidden files and folders in Windows
Windows 11 Windows 10
Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
Select View > Show > Hidden items.
Hidden folder: C:\ProgramData\Arturia
Hidden folder: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\Keys
Hidden folder: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA

3. Restart your PC

4. Close / disable the antivirus software
5. Install the: "Arturia - V Collection 8 v8.5.0 VSTi - 15.09.2021 - 8,9 GB - R2R"

6.) Install the: " TEAM R2R ASCEMU2 v1.0.6 - 10.09.2021 - 1 MB - for Arturia - R2R"

Note after installing: Make sure to run the DAW as Admin because it needs Admin
permission to write new database file (db.db3) in the ProgramData folder.

 

so i dont Arturia Software Center? and uninstall it?
