Can anyone explain the reason why a lot of third-party synthesizers in bitwig refuse to respond to keystrokes until I click outside the synthesizer window in the host?
For example, I want to switch the preset or turn the knobs in the synthesizer while playing a melody. But I have to click outside the tool window after the changes. I ask you to answer if you have a solution, and not crutches in the form of "write a midi right away and press play"

 

May we have some examples please?

I haven't been able to replicate this and quite frankly loading every soft-instrument I have to try to test for that is getting a bit weary.

Do us a solid on personal time donated to this cause and call out the trouble makers.

I have not been able to replicate this on latest BW on Mac/Win with Roland A-800 Pro or Icon iKB4.
