I've tried searching but can't find anyone else with same issue.
Running Kontakt 7.18 MORiA and 6.7.1 MORiA on MBP M1 Pro 16". All of my libraries run fine (6TB including Spitfire Albion One, 2 Loegria, 3 Iceni, 4 Uist, 5 Tundra and Solstice). But Neo won't install/load. I've used the supplied .nicnt file and tried creating my own using the brilliant KLU Kontakt Library Utility. Neo does not appear in the Library browser window and if I try to load via Files pane I get:
Error: Could not load sample
(supported format)
(see attached screenshot).
I've downloaded Neo from multiple sources and alway same error. Anyone point me towards a fix?

 

Have you figured out a solution yet? I have had the same problem… and the only time I have problems is when it’s Spitfire! I’m currently experiencing this exact issue with Spitfire - Masse. I have Spitfire Neo and it works for me
