I was trying to bounce some Swoosh fx and arps (long single note things) from omnisphere in Studio One 3 and they don't bounce right, does anyone else have this problem? It works fine with other VSTS but Omnisphere just bounces down one little blip of noise.

I included an image to show what I mean. It only happens with sustained notes. I'm using the BOUNCE (Ctrl+B) feature in Studio One btw.

Is it something in the Omnisphere settings or a bug somewhere?.. help would be appreciated!

    I just tried it
    S1v3.0.0.33329 64bit, Win7, Omni2
"transform to audio track" works fine

Maybe S1v3.0.1 will solve your problem

are you using midi editor or recording direct from keyboard? and are you allowing enough time/space after note for sustain?

allowing some sustain time resolved this same issue for me but in acid pro..lol i know im working on learning and switching to studio one..i used to think most of these issues were from only being on a 32bit daw but i know now that mostly wasnt the case. Anyways using omni 1 and kontakt instruments alot and sometimes they werent saving or freezing properly so allowing some extra sustain time when recording and now they almost always save correctly as i played them without changing slightly or not playing back at all. i want to mention that in studio 0ne 2.6.3 X64 ive never had it happen yet..hope this helps if not maybe its a bug time wiil tell goodluck

I'm using Win 8.1 S1v3.0.1. I just put a long note in the midi editor.. I tried both "Bounce Selection, Bounce to New Track and Transform to Audio Track" and they all have the same result.

I did some more experimenting and I found that it's only the first note/notes that gets cut off when I bounce to audio. I attached a couples picture showing what I mean.

I did a few bars of a random patch and if you look in the red square in both images you can see how it "pops" and cuts out.. and then works again on the second bar/note. I've tried all kinds of patches and even a saw wave.. same every time. Tried restarting Studio One too of course

This only happens with omnisphere.. I put a sylenth beside it to show how it should be working. It's really easy to reproduce so if nobody else has the problem maybe I need to reinstall or something

I found a "Fix" although it's annoying. If I just nudge the notes back about 1/16th it bounces fine.. shouldn't have to do that though. I attached another image to show how it fixed it.. sure seems like a bug to me.

There are some bugs when bouncing stuff in s1 v3. If you don't need "new" features try out versions 2 wich still have 85%-90% of the features compared to v3.

Update v3 could fix problems as already suggested
