Probelm with "The Art of MR. BILL vol 4" from sister site?

    So there are 15 rar downloads originally, then another "Fix" added for ep 13. I unzip all the files with keka and it is failing. But its creating a folder with videos, just missing ep 4 and 9. Anyone else experience this problem?
