I figured out how to get the full version, not ultimate, but the clip gain line, beat detective, and VCA's are all there, create an ilok cloud account, create an account at Avid, register for the free trial of pro tools, replace the cracked files for pt first in your current PT install folder with the original executable and Pro Tools.dll, activate the trial through the cloud, then replace the files with the ones R2R provided for legit users, I have it working, don't know about the 30 day trial, I will have to wait and see if it kicks me off, but for now I have the full non ultimate version working.....

 

If you have already used up your free trial, just create a new gmail account and register with it

And remember to block everything in your firewall afterwards

Update: was able to activate HEAT through the Ilok license manager......

I have the full non ultimate for at least 30 days, not sure what will happen after that with the files R2R provided, we'll see

You will receive an expired license as soon as the 30-day trial ends. The license you own is the main object. R2R offers you an unlock of features, but, as already mentioned, based on the license you own.

 

Well, then until then I can use the full featured Pro Tools, then if there's not a proper crack, I can just put the PT First files back in the PT directory, it's just swapping out 2 files......

 

clip gain is useless anyway, just use a compressor. heat is just a saturator so that's fine too. 2021.7 all fine here yay

 

I've blocked it from any internet access and it still works, wonder if that's an R2R side effect....?

 

VCA's are useful though, I've never used the clip gain line or heat, but I do use clip gain, for the purpose of gain staging

 

At this point Avid knows what's going on anyway, I've blocked all access to it in the firewall, it still works

 

Clipgain isn't useless, I use it every time. A compressor is a total different animal, and is post gain.
Clipgain is pre gain, or.. it is gain!

 

i will be happy if r2r dropped a better pro tools version, still this one is great and for heat and clip gain etc....they r all replaceable

 

Clip gain is a key component in gain staging, not that everyone knows what that is, or does it.....

It does not matter. iLok License Control has deposited a license valid for 30 days on your machine. Once expired, your PT will be demoed. If it were that simple to fool iLok, then we will have all the plugins in the world, and R2R would be just candy thieves.
Instead, releasing iLok is the most complex thing in the world, and only the Gods of R2R can reach this absurdly difficult and very high level.

 

Yeah, I tried unhooking the net, and got a pace error, oh well......keeping my fingers crossed for a scene release

Don't worry @Joe Crisp, you tried right. Pro Tools is a very important and difficult release, only R2R can save us. Let's hope for the future.

 

Well, when the 30 day trial runs out, I can just go back to the R2R crack..... I'm hoping for something "Big" from them before then, keeping my fingers crossed
