Im running Pro Tools 12.3.1 and MidiOX where i route my Yamaha Arius ydp 142 through a LoopMIDI virtual midi cable. When launching pro tools, it crashes on plugin initialization. For playback device im using Voicemeeter Potato Virtual ASIO - which isnt supposed to fuck with midi in any way and yet if i turn off either Voicemeeter OR MidiOX pro tools starts successfully. Yet i suspect the problem is somewhere in Pro Tools as it has some weird retarded trait that makes it take control over my midi keyboard every time it gets launched first - so say i have no virtual midi cables and custom routing and i want to use sibelius AND pro tools at the same time - i can not. Please help.
