Pro Tools 12 AudioUtopia Recording and QuickPunch problem

    Hi! I Have a strange problem with PT12 from AudioUtopia.
    When i press spacebar to stop recording sometimes recorded clip disappeared in the moment i press stop. It apears in the clip list, the auido file exist, but clips just did not appear in edit window!. In normal recording mode chance of fail is 30% in quickpunch mode its 90%. Any ideas? Am i do something wrong?

    Im on Windows 10.
    Trashing Pro Tools prefs did not help. Reinstaling Pro Tools too.
    My interface is maudio fast track pro

    Did you by chance check the Avid Proo Tools site for this problem?

    Could be your keyboard and nothing to do with Protools stuck key, key assigned for different commands ect.... I'm sure its something your over looking

    My first thought was about keyboard, and i tryed record something only using mouse. Same result.
