I am well aware that people are having problem with using their cracked AAX pluggins( waves and kontakts etc) with pro tools 11

However, I wonder what the result will be if you use legit copy of applications like patchwork, DDMF or other AAX converter to wrap cracked vst and rtas

I know the best answer will be to try; but It`ll be a fairly expensive and time consuming experiment which at the current moment, I have limited resources for.

Since we have a community of highly intellectual individual in here; I WELCOME YOUR THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS. ( Dosent have to be a proven-scientific truth, JUST YOUR THOUGHT)

K'd plugins will work when loaded in a legit Patchwork inside a legit PT11.

if you have k'd plugs. i.e., k'd VSTs and AUs, they will work if you load them into an AAX Patchwork within PT.

I am more confident now in investing in Blue-cat Patchwork (My favorite wrapper, with no annoying wires).

I really appreciate your input guys. It means a lot.

I just upgraded to Pro tools 11; only to find out that Kontakts, Waves, and other cools pluggins wont work

If anyone has actually tried this in reality, please let us know how it went(which wrapper, 32 or 64 bit etc)

I will keep you up to date in my quest for using all our cool pluggin in the new Pro tools 11

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION

I'm demoing the BlueCat Patchwork and seems to work! Go to the link you just posted and download the AAX demo, install it and try plugins yourself and let us know. I have a couple of free plugins not in AAX and they're working with no issue. I didn't know about that and you opened my eyes ;)

If it works in demo mode then it's fine!

    Im currently trying out Pluggins.

Below are the few vsts that I have success with

    Kontakts
Sampletanks 3 ( Surprise you don't even need blue-cat for this; its support AAX)

Sadly no success with hypersonic and Refx Nexus. (So painful)

Please give us a list of your VIs/pluggin that you have success with

Are you trying Blue Cats Patchwork?? Cause it´ll load AU´s as well. And if you are on Mac and only have the old K´ed 32bit Nexus, then just wrap it in 32lives and it will run perfect in Patchwork!!!

Nexus works fine for me (the 2.2 AIR release cracked)

its 32 bit but all you need to do is download jbridge, use the jbridger and select to wrap the 32bit nexus plugin, then when opening bluecat just point to the patched 64 bit dll jbridger made, its working phenomenal here in pro tools 12
