How do i make the bass sound at 1:33 seconds in ?

 

Try this if you have serum, put a sinewave on osc A, FM from B at 30-50% max, a sinewave on B, a pitch enveloppe on the master tune (quick attack, just to add that extra punch), maybe a little bit of distortion, and a lowpass filter at the end to cut the unecessary high frequency.

Then set the ADSR of the sound to taste, short sustain and quick delay I guess
