Presonus Studio One and plugins behaviour

    What is S1 like for plugins? I've just sold Cubase as I now primarily use Ableton with Reason rewired in. However, considering S1 as a secondary DAW replacement for Cubase justin case I need something 'of that style' ((in the ilk of Cubase, S1 etc) as opposed to Ableton or Reason.

    My question is specifically about authorisation of k plugins. I remember tying Samplitude before and after scanning my plugin folder, it seemed to bring a LOT of my plugs out of working mode into an unauthorised state. This is even though the DAW was blocked by my firewall/hosts file etc.

    Does this or has this happened to anyone with S1?

    S1 doesnt block anything really,it lets everything trough like Cubase,scans and then youre ready to go.

    It can happen with any computer, not just DAWs that connect to to the internet.
