I may not have understood the descriptions in Positive Grid's website, but I'm not sure if you need Positive Greed Amp if you already have the Positive Grid BIAS FX 2 Elite Complet.

Or if you need anything else to have all Positive Grid's effects.... ?

BIAS Amp, FX and Pedal are separate products afaik. There's also the obscure EQ and comp collection.

Fx is kind of the main thing though, it comes with amps but if you need to go changing tubes and stuff then you'd need Amp

"Positive Greed" this was a real typo.

 

Amp & Pedal plugins allow you to create custom amps (also amp match) and pedals (Distortion, Delay & Modulation), that can be used in the FX plugin. FX is the main mothership plugin that has everything and the other 2 being its extension that offers deeper tone customization but for only one part of it.

Is the remaster series amp&cab sounds good ? The Fender and BE100 specifically. I have R2R version installed, they haven't provided updates, only VR. Other Positive Greed plugin (Amp & Pedal) are R2R so, dont want to mix them up. They said it was the most accurate modeling last version.

most of the time I only use the Bias FX for Guitar Match function only just to get a slight different tone for stacking and it works wonder.

They are the same, the desktop thing is just to differentiate between the desktop version and the mobile version.
