Is there anyway way I can start making my own portable DAWS/VSTS, without the use of converters like Cameyo, Evalaze, Turbo Studio, etc. ?

Reaper can be installed in portable mode.

Right, but how can I take my favourite VSTs? Plus, how can I make my DAW portable as well?

Many (most!?) VSTs are "bound" on the hardware, so it's not possible to have a "loose DAW with VSTs on USB stick" which works everywhere.
However, if you need a "portable" DAW (-system), go for a virtual machine, e.g. made with vmware. I guess there is a "vm player" at well which doesn't need to be installed. The vsts inside the vm have to be installed as usual, but will run for sure, anytime, anywhere.

Put your VSTs on a USB stick , and point REAPER to your stick.

VMWARE Thinapp , but that might be a disallowed criteria.
