What do you even mean? You want a pop filter to help with microphones that have too much top end? Is that it? In that case, I suggest building a passive low pass filter.

 

it doesn't matter whether a microphone is top or side addressed, you can simply put any regular pop filter in front of the capsule. It makes no difference what the form factor of the mic is.
