Double columns is too much hardwork in my opinion . Wonderful site but the single column browsing was easier. It meant you would never miss or spot a release. It would all be in one column..

love the style of the new site..excellent work.
Personally I'd prefer just choosing between either new releases OR archive as it's a bit information overload for me when scrolling down the page.
I've recently discovered AUDIOZ and I'm back on a daily basis just to see whats new ..so for me the most important info is whats the newest release.
Much respect to the AUDIOZ team for all the hard work

Before we would even consider any changes of that caliber we have to squash some of the bugs that are present in the system at the moment. I've already messaged SAiNT with the details of some problematic ones. Please be patient, it's very hard to get everything done. Remember this is a beta at the moment.

It's actually the same thing but more data dense. If you want fresh releases keep your eyes peeled on the left side of your screen but this way on the right you can also see the many awesome things that though they might not be fresh could be something that you've been waiting for. Utilize F11 in your browser to go into full screen mode to get more screen real estate on smaller screens.

I don't understand the fresh releases and archives. It seems as if some of whats in the archive is recently released stuff!?

I like the double columns. I find it much easier to deal with and it is ergonomically friendly - less scrolling.

Having requests and a calender take up half of the top of the page I have to say is useless IMO..

also.. having less recent postings listed isnt as good as older version.

    My 4c

Thanks for your hard work.

I dig the new logo -- definite applause to whoever it is that designed it. I also like the general colors and graphics. BUT I have to side with the single column folks.

The two column thing feels like too much to look at, almost headache-y, and a little bit distracting. My general vibe is that most people visiting the site want to see the focus on new releases, that's why they stop by often. It's great to know the older stuff is there, but I prefer it as something I've searched for rather than confronting it first thing when I visit the site. Your only going to read one column at a time anyway, right?

Maybe in time this will grow on me, but that's my initial impression. Hey, 'less is more'

One other thing on my wish list -- I personally prefer it when I can click on the "Samples" category and see all the samples, rather than only having the choice of clicking on an individual type of sample, one at a time. In other words, let me be able to see a list of Kontakt, multi, elastik, etc., all at once rather than having to parse them out pre-sorted into individual categories.

Last thing--- I would lose the calendar and put the new AudioZ Logo in it's place. Then just move the left column upward, over where the logo was situated on that side.

Despite some alternative preferences, NICE JOB Folks! This is a lot of work, in time it will all get finessed.

I like how many web owners have these brilliant ideas, to change something that works and annoy users to death. First thing that comes into mind is youtube and all that google+ accounts for commenting shet. If it's working let's break it!

    Can't tell, sorry..
    Two columns is fine IMHO.

Left column is like the "old" one with fresh/new releases, right?.

Right column is the new one, with archives. I don't know how old the things needs to be to show in there, but it's fine to have this. (works like a reminder  )

The big issue IMHO, is the comment box, it's in a illogical place, you need to scroll up to find it and you lose the context...

Hope you guys put it at the normal place (bottom)...

Everything else looks fine to me..

I hope you understand my poor english...

    Cheers.

The add comment box is on the bottom of the page. What do you mean?

It's not at the bottom. Maybe not on OSX. It's to the right.

The actual comment boxes on posts are a little squashed. It could be a little wider, which may save scrolling space. The site is a significant improvement over the last and I'm thankful.
