i thought his comments about serum's crappy reverb were eye-opening. it will be interesting to see if xfer records decides to upgrade that part of serum in the future.

i'm really looking forward to hearing skippy's upcoming set of patches for serum. it sounds like he has tamed some of the harshness of that synth.

The new Serum patches are coming with the usual "how to" ... is there a "more" one could ask for?
His vid`s are on top of the most efficient tutorials out there, in my "not so humble" opinion, just a few minutes ...

 

I enjoy long, detailed videos.

 

If all preset developers will make EDM/BroStep/DubStep/Complextro/Trance/ElectroHouse for SERUM, this synth will be more usable/most usable like SylenthSpireMassive that sound in every club song :DDDDDDDDDDDDDD and it will be more interesting to compare, which of them is more suitable for this club sh*t stuff :D

That scanning thingy that serum does between wavetables is wonderfull.
The last synth i would ever buy or even use others' presets.

John did the video as a bonus for people not as a punishment. I thought it was really nice of him to take 30 minutes out of his day to do something extra for musicians. He's an entertaining guy, it's not like he's a bore.

 

I don't know John but I don't think he will care about what I wrote. If he do, I'm sorry, of course he did really nice. He is helping by that video and its comments. I prefer comments. I care about user experiences more. I don't say you must do the same with me. That's my choice for now and I don't say this is the right way. I'm bored if a tutorial/comparing video is more than 10 minutes even the author was hans zimmer. I didn't write but I already thanked lette for the video. If I should say it; I thank you lette for the topic, so I can follow next comments. And I'm sorry again for sending a message that's unrelated with the subject.

 

I really dig all his videos. I like his way of teaching + entertaining.
