Long-time lurker here. Over the last few months I've been building plugingrab.com — a free VST/AU/AAX catalog that ended up bigger than I expected, so figured I'd share in case it's useful.

What's there

• ~13,000 plugins indexed: effects, instruments, studio tools, DAWs, bundles
• Per-plugin pages with system requirements, install steps, pros/cons, FAQ
• All downloads go through verified retail partners (Plugin Boutique) — no cracks, no bundled junk
• Free + paid filtered by category and developer
• Hub pages for common searches: free synth VSTs, free drum VSTs, free autotune, etc.

Why I made it
I got tired of jumping between 5 different sites to check a plugin's format support, OS compatibility, and price. Wanted one place where you could land on "Serum free download" or "best free reverb" and actually find usable info instead of 10 ad popups.

What's still missing

• No comments yet (planning to add)
• Some categories still thin on the user-review side
• Mac support is limited — most pages are Windows-first
