plugin alliance all bundle... quick question / tip...

    I was scratching my head when i couldnt execute the batch installer from the (extracted) .iso
    But, for some reason, it worked when i started it without administrator privileges... why would this be? at this point i had no AV installed d other than defender...
    So, in case anyone else is having the issue.. try this... but..
    what are the mechanisms at play here?
