Aside from the one previously-mentioned (and whatever PureData stuff)...

    PlugData has its own Store.

There are also some here for example:

    Elements~ looks particularly interesting.

There's also the dev, Codex, for example (maybe found at the Store too).

Also, it may make sense to keep casual tabs on Artiom Constantinov, who is involved in PlugData.

PlugData isn't even out with a v1.0 yet (but I guess soon).

Polarity Music seems pretty excited about PlugData, too, and talks about it in this video.
(According to his video, PlugData might have internal access, via within PlugData that's within your DAW, to other PlugData plugins, among other perks that he talks about).

Lastly, PlugData's GitHub page says this:
I just grabbed a nickname, no need for password or email (just skipped/closed the email prompt) and was in PlugData's Discord.

One chat area is specific to 'patches' (plugins). Once selected, scroll up (near-infinite scroll-- not enough time to check stuff out ATM) for the previous chats. For example, I found this (haven't viewed it fully yet) through there.

Considering Pure Data is at version 0.56 and is almost 30 years old I wouldn't put too much weight on version numbers.

    this is not Plugdata :)

its Alpha Forever Modular the name fully resembles the product state it's in development hell since 2018

Could be, but even if so, not wanting to spend significant resources to gracefully fail something you will never have control over seems a bit more likely to me. Its not like a menacing Clippy pops up in Max to ask the user if they're sure about that... not throwing an explicit error doesn't mean it'll work (well)... just that you've outwitted the qa tests for the time being...

Oh ok. I found it through PlugData's Discord chat. I guess they talk about related projects.

It's possible that I got deliberately dragged into an argument for an excuse for them to dump the entire thread and me, since I headered it specifically as a FLOSS replacement for Reaktor, Max4L, etc., and posted about other open source/free stuff as well.
