My main reason for saying ddr5 is because a lot of audio application's performance can be tied to memory performance, ddr4 and a h610 mobo will be more than fine. If you can, i'd get the 12400f as its definitely the best price/performance ratio on 12th gen intel, the gammaxx would definitely be preferable, intel chips get very hot with stock coolers. I feel that on a spiritual level tho. lmao. Like the other dude said, theres no better time to build since prices are going to keep creeping up as time goes on, i think you'll have a really solid build for music production with that. I'm on a ryzen 5 3600 and i can throw everything + the kitchen sink at it and it handles it just fine (I cap at about 80% with big polyphony, granular synthesis, omnisphere, kontakt, etc) and the 12400f absolutely embarrasses mine. lmao

 

Nah, you're right, now's the time to pull the trigger and go as big as possible if you're planning a build, prices are definitely on their way up right now.

I think thats a perfect part for you, you'll have to get really creative with a looot of processing to choke that thing out. I've had my cpu for 2 years and i know i could still probably get another 3 or more years out of it if I really wanted to and yours will last you even longer still! for cooler i'm still searching,i couldn't find the model you wrote,i think cooler master coolers are also fine,(there are cooler brackets for lga1700)
today i bought a corsair vengeance 16gb 3200mhz cl16(Maybe I'll add another one later if I can),for now i think it's enough,
tomorrow i'm going to grab an asus prime h610m a d4 and i5 12400f.

It would have been better to buy the motherboard first and then the RAM. The Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz CL16 (I guess you bought these) are not all the same: in the code there is a letter indicating compatibility.
By consulting the Asus website, the following models are compatible with the PRIME H610M-A D4:

CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 are fine. They are 2 sticks of 8 GB each (2x8). The PRIME H610M-A D4 has 2 RAM slots (not 4). Hyper 212x is not compatible with LGA 1700, instead regarding Hyper h410r rgb Cooler Master it says: "LGA1700 mounting kit included in products with New Packaging Design. You may obtain required mounting kits for products with older package design through CM store or regional resellers and distributors. " These "Arctic" brand models are suitable for LGA 1700: Freezer 7 X - Alpine 17 CO - Alpine 17.
