PLEASE HELP - No Native Instruments Plugins Working

    I yesterday installed kontakt 5.6.5 and Massive (for the first time on my new pc) and from today no plugin is opening like when I click Kontakt (stand alone) it doesn't open but in the task manager you can see it running under processes , same goes for massive and I use 2 DAWs, Ableton and Mixcraft, and both of them crash as soon as I try to open Kontakt or Massive! I also tried unistalling and reinstalling all 3 of them (Kontakt, Massive , Service Center) still the same problem
    Would highly appreciate any help possible !

    I know I'm not the only one. Sorry.
    But seriously...
    Have you tried cleaning the registry?

    Try deleting the database files for both and making sure they start in standalone before you load in your DAW.
    Kontakt: C:\Users\usename\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\Db
    Massive: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Massive

    You may have to run Kontakt as admin and the database creation after deletion might take some time. Backup the files first if this makes you nervous.
