same feeling about the mixer but don't forget u have the Patcher to build the any kind of layering in the Channel Window (using it with Magma for example u can add any kind of effect chain to your instruments quite easily independently from the mixer itself)



and u have access to the sends from here too (so u can reach the send buses of the mixer from Patcher (from any level)), ergo think mixer channels in FL like mixer groups in other DAWs just use Patcher

any mixer track can be used as send, there are four dedicated ones which cannot be used for other purposes
