    Hi

I have a mini studio in my home, with the monitors over a table of 3cm thickness, and i feel that the subbass is making so much resonance and its difficult to listen it...

Must i place the speakers over an antivibration surface for absorb the vibration ???

Buy monitor stands and remove the monitors from the table surface. That will solve the issue.

If it really is your table that's resonating, those pads might help a little, but then a thick piece of carpet under your speakers also does.
If that resonating in fact is caused by an untreated room, room-modes and wrong dimensions, they won't help at all.

What are the dimensions of your studio, have you treated it with (broadband) absorbers? Maybe show us a floor plan.
Know that low frequencies radiate in a circular pattern (they move to all sides, like how water reacts when you drop in a stone). Low frequencies are the most difficult to treat.

@MeldicTechnofromSpain Bro you told us where you have placed your monitors and then you talk about sub bass. Are you referring to the low -low frequencies or to a sub bass speaker? If you were referring to a sub bass speaker, where is it placed? Another thing you didn't even mention is the speaker brand you are using. That plays a big factor.

I uploaded this video showing my desktop configuration :) The Top speakers was placed there some days ago and the resonance is not caused by them

How hard is to answer a couple of quetions asked by someone who is trying to help you. As the saying goes: you can show a horse to the water but can't make it drink.
I wish you luck solving your problem.:like:

Your video is creepy with the noise from your breathing and everything fuzzy...It could be a good starting point for a horror movie scene.
