Me and Pilzy live centrally in the UK and within a couple of hours car journey you can be either on the coast or up a mountain and when the sun shines it just can not get any better

 

At 36seconds in the Woolacombe vid SirSilly, that is the EXACT spot where me, my lovely lady, 2 adventurous boys and radiant daughter had our own private little cove for 4 hours. The tide was out, it`s in in the vid, and we had an absolute fookin ball!!! At 1min 04secs is an amazing little village called Lee Bay. It was about a 30 min walk from where we camped and we had no idea it was even there. Down some seriously winding single track road, walking and laughing, then round a bend in the road and POW! It has about 20 old style Devon cottages, a pub, no shops and that`s it. We ALL decided it has to be amongst the most beautiful place to live we have ever seen. So many hidden treasures in North Devon, just amazing!

Like you say my friend, within a couple of hours we can visit some of the most beautiful country and coast. Then there are all the ancient monuments that make my head spin!

The original post was only meant as a parody to Organics "Let`s see......." post, but here it has now brought me back to some beautiful memories. Thanks Brother.
