I've got the correct stuff in prefs set (pointed to the folders on my external USB-drive, where the audio - data lies) ; Still all of the RealTracks in the style selector show as, "n/a" . I've tried rebuilding, etc ., but nothing seems to fix it .

This aspect of that program can be a bitch. I'm on the way to a gig so I have little time. I solved the problem by using Little Freaks portable version on an ssd with all real tracks. I have gotten it to work with other methods in the past however. The portable version can do sis site updates also. good luck gotta run. I will check back later.

 

Any chance of getting a link to this portable version, or something ?

Hello again my time is limited, sorry. If i remember right there was a small file associated with every real track st2 of xt2. and for some reason these files need to be in a specific folder. I think it is the soloist folder. Look at your real tracks folder if they are in there copy or move them to the soloist folder. I know this sounds weird, but it worked for me. Let me know I gotta run. searched a little for the portable and found on sister site using search term "band in a box portable" big load - that installer might put everything in the right place. good luck it is so interesting when when you get it working. i'm mixing for a country artist at a concert tonight.

I see the Links are for the full data ; I’d only need the portable app, c’os I already have the sound-data installed .
Just can’t get my current (2022) version to accept the content or the location of it . The content is as of now installed to a external USB HDD .
