PC Music, Vol 1 on iTunes? This is official?

    So I see this in the iTunes store . These works of art do not really have ' PC hot ringtones Music aesthetic ' and I did not see any mention of it from any PC funny ringtones Music people .

    I bought beautiful compilation out and it just 256kbps - which is strange because all PC free country ringtones music downloads usually 320 .

    This is official ? Does anyone know anything more about it ?
