    It is a game. You spend money to do specific tasks which feel like given assignments or missions that are given to you by the game's bot. And you earn money for successfuly fulfilling them. You get to simulate building computers also work with software like AV etc. If you find this fun, then yeah it is a game. You may even call it an educational game, because you can learn the main components of a computer and how to put them together in order to assemble a working pc etc.
    I checked it when it was first out and as a game it was mediocre at best, not really good imho. As a simulator it was even worse really. Perhaps it's been updated though, i haven't checked it out lately.

    you must sort out dl buttons and go for manual install or dl...something like that..then you get proper exe...no chip downloader
