hi there is a few fixes for fl that should help you with the errors with your tune

for kontakt
in the wrapper settings / under processing
use fixed size buffers ( for buggy plugins)
that should fix kontakt, but if it don't work
press the more tab right of the ( for buggy plugins) / try max first then max from host in the drop down list,
one of the two should work as well,
if one of these works save kontakt as a snapshot add to plugin database and the setting will be saved for the wrapper
when you open kontakt again.
but there is a chance that fl could also open kontakt
with them settings saved even if you dont save a snapshot, still to try this myself,

now for the rest of your plugins
in fl options make sure/ set mix in buffer switch is on
safe over loads is on set to the highest,
On the same list under cpu
multi gen on /mixer on /smart disable is on ,
take of in 5 /4/3 lol just messing there,

then for the mixer
click the drop down menu top left of the mixer its a small triangle
then on the list you will see/plugin delay compensation /tick automatic.
if you still get errors there are a few other things to look out for
make sure snap to line is on in the playlist and all patterns start were you want them to
or you could have patterns under patterns happent to me a few times,
let us know how it goes

eddit just seen your screen shot and half of them still need to be set
turn on mix in buffer switch and triple buffer,
thats the settings sorted,and will remove the buffer underruns 1182
