Anybody know of any good, cheap way to label that doesn't leave sticker residue? I want multicoloured labelling and use PX3000 patchbays. Any suggestions?

Good suggestion, but would prefer something less permanent....plus I'd bound to get paint in the jack socket

acryllic paint and stencil, excellent idea!
there is matte scotch tape with writable surface, that shouldn't leave residue eiter.
and, off course, the good old strip of paper...
