Nice work, my only problem with your Tropical releases is tha you don't even bother hiring a good singer. Auto-Tune is cool but it's really not used in tropical tracks. Put an effort into that because tese vocals really ruin the demos.

Tropical house. Give me a break. They just make these stupid genre names up as they go don't they.

 

Lol It's easy to be dismissive but it actually qualifies as a sub genre of house music. It shares some of its elements (4/4 + type of basslines + structure) but actually has a very distinct sound (acoustic+exotic instruments) so it's normal to classy it as a sub genre just like deep, progressive, big room have been.

We are in a new world and frontiers and (musical )identities tend to be blurred but when you think about all genre are made up as we go

 

I like it too, being sucker for flutes, marimbas and etc, tropical house is actually really nice for a change, good vibe, melodies and it's not intense like some other stuff out there, me like
