    I would rather run in at thoman UK because that definitely fits for 19 racks !
    At the other dealer I'm not sure because there are also computer / server racks.

    clear this up for me, I’m going to have to buy the nuts separately? Because nowhere it says on ten screws that the nuts are included

    Using nuts is going to be a ball-ache when trying to mount anything to the rack strips, you'd be better off getting clip-in rack nuts.

    why even install rails if you are just adding a plate to the front? Size the wood right and tap 2 screws into it. or 4 depending which you get. You mentioned that it does not need to support any weight but cables? like this you don't need them. an L bracket and a screw, or even directly into the wood with a self tapping screw. you could pull off this entire caper with a butter knife.
