I have see someone in Mac who can move his plug-ins into folders like Reverbs, Comp, Saturation, Mastering, EQ and a lot of personal choice for stop searching all the VStPlugins by name of constructor. The collections is not enough for all the different section we need.

Can I also move my vst3 and vst2 on Windows on diferents folders that fill my need? Especially for plugins from non official providers like you know.

yes you can move them, but the best way is to make a new plugin folder and create symbolic links with link shell extension.
