order to set levels for each track?

    your posts on other previous usernames have mentioned EDM, so I will make this simple comment. I have suggested that you get Kick2 before; and a portion of that is this reason. It's always the same sound source and you will get very used to using it.

    Make your kick drum. Peaking at -6dB at your channel. Bounce it to a Stem it if you like, so you can unload the Kick plugin instance. Do not touch this again (until much later, if at all).

    Put a free dB meter app on your phone or tablet. Set your monitors volume so when you play only your Reference Track, the peak of the Reference song playing reaches around about 80-90dB. Every so often take a look at your dB reading, and keep your track somewhere in the ballpark as you go. Monitors with their own non-software adjustments are helpful for this.
