unfortunately definely illegal to make this for free available , as he don´t have permission from Sony to use their samples to release it for free

you are definetly wrong its illegal , read the eula (i see that you don´t have any idea , you need to inform yourselves) , you needs to have permission from Sony to use their samples for rerelease it for free !

Sony are one of the biggest in this industry , if i where you i would remove this link or ask them for permission , but as you comes from warez i think you can´t even ask for permission as it seems you didn´t even have buy it because there everytime an eula in the packs you purchase !

if not i can ask Sony for you what they say about these sort of things

 

also you did not have permission from Digital SoundFactory to use their scripts for Kontakt

also you remark them as you own

you are using also the IR Files From Digital SoundFactory which you also not have permission to use and release them for free
