    A good sample set of timbales with plenty of ring can be tough to find. The other day we were recording a bunch of live percussion, and took the opportunity to sample the timbales, which are LP Matador Series 14" and 15" steel sheel timbales.

    I love using timbales and great to have a set that don't need other bits of kit loading at same time.
