I've used a C400 on windows for almost 5 years (till i upgrade with the TC StudioKonnekt48 & its remote, for a hybrid set up). SPDIF in/out is a plus for a cheap device like this one, but for me the two best things are :

    1-the big volume knob
2-the one-button switch between 2 monitoring systems (A & B buttons located just above the volume knob)

There were the reasons i bought it, and they are IMHO two of the most helpful options when it comes to mixing or mastering (referencing between two sets of speakers in one button click, with no silence in between...). It allows you to check your mix by switching between your studio monitors and some cheaper speakers (for me, the m-audio's audiophile AV40, but could be any low-priced system).
At the time I didn't find this option on any other audio devices in this price range.
I never experienced drivers bugs or blue screen, but maybe i was lucky...
So overall a good experience with the C400 (having in mind that it is a cheap interface, accordingly preamps are not very good, and the AD/DA converters are decent, but far from great).
In short : Enjoy your new interface!:)

Nonetheless, it's compatible with Windows 10. Native Instruments Audio Kontro One for example, which came around the same time, is not.

    Well,

Finaly it didn't went down the way I thought it would......

The guy ( ghetto kid ) selling it refuse to move to my place to test it and threw a tantrum over email so I canceled the deal.

    Good thing tho,

I found a better Interface ( AD/DA and pre amp wise ) but without midi in .

Here's my new baby that i bought yesterday night for 250$ CAD ( 186$ USD )

"ghetto kid" ?!!?...Can't see the point:dunno: : unless we're neighbors or friends, i wouldn't go to your place to make you test a 100$ device either (it's not a pizza delivery...). I buy a lot of things second hand, the buyer is almost always the one who moves if he want to try.

Nonetheless, glad you're happy with your steinberg, it's better than the m-audio (preamps are even far better for what i know)

    Yep, Ghetto kid.
Type of retard selling a mid range audio interface at 1/8th of its selling price without monitors or even a mic to test it.
But hey, if you like to buy your audio interface and pack your monitors to bring them at a stranger...its your thing, I might judge you but its your thing.

Need a ''special kid'' type of buyer to throw money without trying it.

That or a spoiled fuck face.

Luckily enough i am none of them and end up with a higher end type of sound card for almost nothing.
