OMNISPHERE WonT LOAD HEEEELP

    HI
    May I p[lease ask the experts here a wee question

    I have an issue with Omnisphere, as when I try an load a sound I get

    Cannot load SoundSource "XXXXX" in Directory "Core Library". Try refreshing index in Browser.

    I simply cannot find a way to fix this, I have STEAM in correct place, updated updates software etc etc etc

    Anyone know how to fix this one
