Omnisphere & Trilian (Steam & Reinstalling)

    hi guys,

    I have Steam folder (Trilian & Omnisphere) in external hard disk. I have plan to format Windows 10 and reinstall it.

    If i already keep Steam folder in external hard disk then can i use this steam folder after installing only Omnishpere and Trilian setup on C system disk? or should i install Steam again too?

    Yes! I Installed it only one time, after Formating an Reinstalling Windows i only need to start it in a DAW... On first start of Trillian or Omnisphere, it should ask for the Key and after that for locating the Steamfolder! May you need to Install only the dll again...

    yes, you only need to copy the steam folder shortcut to:
    C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics

    as long as your steam folder is up to date with all the patches just install the .dll

    Has anyone tried to copy a mac installed steam folder over to windows? Or sharing via network? Does it work?
