Hey

new user here but been around for a while.

Recently upgraded from snow leopard to el capitan begrudgingly, I bought a might mouse 2 and SL was not compatible, so thought id upgrade and give logic x a go.

I stayed with SL for years as I remember when upgrading to lion a lot of plugins did not work, so stuck with what I know as everything has always worked on SL perfectly. Although now lots of developers have phased out SL so we are being forced to upgrade.

Anyway I had most thing working fine with El Capitan, a few tweak here and there to get things running but it seemed most developers had updates.

Opened a old project and required the spectrasonics plugins, I started with omnisphere byt everytime i mount the disk image and install the pkg file and begin installation it fails and says something like could not install as no software found??? I did some research and possibly has something to do with el capitans security feature, i disabled this to get my mackie soundcard working, so not sure why omnisphere is not installing. Any ideas?

I downgraded to yosemite and it installs perfectly, but my stupid magic mouse 2 is not compatible. WTF

So I decided to install everything on yosemite, then upgrade to el capitan as that seemed to work when going from SL to El capitan.

The I just tried installing Stylus from dynamics 1.5 release, when isntalling disk one it says only compatible with PPC????? Im sure when I installed on SL it worked fine as SL still has PPC legacy crap i think?

Anyway I can get stylus up and running with the data? I have all the updates.

<aybe I have to go back to snow leopard, install everything then upgrade again

Hi everyone, I need help please, i have the yosemite apple 10.10.5 operating system, i am trying to install Spectrasonics Stylus RMX, but i have tremendous problems installing the program! When I'm going to install the first disk1, the screen will appear. You can not open the application "Stylus RMX Disc 1 Installer" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported. I also tried 1 different file, but the same thing, maybe my problem is that I have too old versions? And with my operating system do not work !! You can give me some advice !!! or; Stylus RMX Disc 1, Disc 2 Installer "compatible applications with my yosemite apple 10.10.5, if you can help me I would be very happy !! thank you!!!!
