I just downloaded all the files off of go audio and I downloaded to an external hard drive. There’s so many different steam folders and when I try the patch update it doesn’t work on any of them. I ended up getting it to work in flstudio but I have no sounds inside. If anyone can help I’ll pay 20 dollars. Just drop your cash app if it works I’ll send it.

 

I unzipped all the files but I keep getting an error message on the patch update it says

 

You don't patch STEAM folder, but Omnisphere.dll plugin (or Trilian.dll and etc).

STEAM folder resides in your C://ProgramData/Spectrasonics/STEAM/Omnisphere(Trilian/Keyscape/etc)

 

I did patch in the keygen. But the steam in program data is empty I had no space because of a VM that runs Linux. So what do I do now

 

It also didn’t come with an iso drive or at least I don’t know where to find it

Your steam folder is theoretically supposed to be able to live on c:drive but I have found it much more efficient and less confusing to place it on any drive other than c:... I just updated all my spectrasonics stuff (Stylus, Trilian, Omnisphere, Keyscape) with the latest scene released patches. Had no problems at all. It is however by the nature of how the updates and patches are given to us, a very tedious and time consuming process in order to be successful at updating all four instruments.

You need to begin with a known base install - preferably from a set of install CD's (ex.- like omnisphere version 2.0 or 2.01 ISO images of the original install discs). Set your steam folder location at this time. I have found that laying down the install particulars with the actual disc installers never fails later on... Once this base information has been set (i.e. paths and folder locations), pretty much every patcher/updater from then on will locate your STEAM and S.A.G.E. folders correctly. Then make note of all versions, library, and software patch numbers and begin methodically applying each patch/update IN ORDER and do not even bother with patching the DLL's and/or "authorizing" any instrument until your completely done applying updates. Also do not attempt to update/patch all the instruments at once. Pick "A" single instrument, patch/update it, patch DLL's if needed then authorize that instrument, verify its running correctly, then move on to the next one. Do not attempt to authorize any instrument from its .DLL or AAX (i.e. loading a VST into a DAW or wrapper) always use the standalone .EXE instance of the instrument for authorizing.

Hey guys just responding to let you know that the pirates method worked I have a fully functional Omnisphere. Again I downloaded from go audio and I got v2.6. And I used the method that I provided in a screenshot from the pirate. Not saying your method doesn’t work saccamano.

 

Whatever works. That's just what works for me since I have all the patches and the original disc installers. Good you got it working.
