Omnisphere Keygen Error. "File is write protected"

    Hi. Im trying to crack Omnisphere 2 using the Team R2R keygen. I've done all the installation and mounted all the disks. I went onto the final step and am getting an issue in the keygen when I try to patch the dll. Its saying file is write protected. I've tried removing Omnisphere and installing it again but this didn't work. omnisphere issue.png

    Well I just have to say LOL...Close your DAW so it's not in use. Then patch it

    Holy shit. You dont know how long ive been trying to get this to work for. Im an absolute fucking retard for not trying that. Thank you so fucking much dude.

    No worries. I think I did the same thing the first time and was like this keygen don't work.

    change permissions, run as admin, if that does not work try to find the keygen that has all three products in it(before keyscape) , that always worked for me, the Omni only Kg used to give me the same problem, not sure if my advice helps at all as I can only go by my own experience but it's worth a try

    Done patching and generated the code too... alas a message pops "the connection to the plugin was lost"..... any help.....

    U gotta patch the dll where the plugin being ran from. Make sure internet and antivirus is off. Patch with daw closed.

    On Mac:
    Navigate to the plugin > Show package contents > Mac OS > Omnisphere >Get Info > change permissions to read & write for all users listed.
    Do the same for the Application in the Applications folder. Don't forget to return the permissions to their original state after patching and
    authorising. :wink:
