Omnisphere Bug - Need Help

    The bug/problem:
    Problem.png

    I can click the blank list and select samples at random, as well as play them, it's just that I can't see them.

    System: Windows 7 64-bit

    Any help would be much appreciated

    You might give your Omnisphere versions information. Click the Spectrasonics Logo in the top right and get the info. You can then click the "DIAGNOSTICS" button over on the left to get other info.
    Mine looks like this:
    Omnisphere Software : 2.5.1d 64 bit
    Omnisphere Soundsources v2.5.0c
    Omnisphere Patches v2.5.2c
    Moog Tribute Patches v1.4d

    Keyscape Soundsources v1.0.2
    Keyscape Patches v1.3c
    Keyscape Creative Patches v1.1c
    ===========
    Number of factory soundsources = 5,305
    Total size of factory soundsource DBs = 59,857,926,155
    Nuber of factory patches = 9,442
    Total size of factory patch DBs = 309,347,842

    STEAM folder is G:\DawLib\ Specrasonics\STEAM
    Pluin DLL file path is C:\64vst\Spectrasonics\Omnisphere.dll
    I don't know what might be your problem, but that info might help...

    Cheers for the info. I made sure my omnisphere is up to date way before this.
    I managed to solve the problem in the following steps:

    1. First I installed omnisphere on a different Windows on the same pc, but it came to nothing.
    2. I went back to my original Windows and I updated every possible Microsoft Windows update, and it brought not success.
    3. Finally I updated the drivers to my external graphics card (gtx 10-series). After this the problem was resolved.

    It seems that the gfx drivers was the fix to my problem.
    I believe that a reset of the old drivers would of done the job.

    Here is the driver that fixed the problem for me:
    nvidia number 391.35 (Probably Released 3/27/18)
    ms number 23.21.13.9135

    Its pretty much imperative that if your going to use presets, yer pretty much gonna need to see em..

    I was gonna say.. GPU drivers

    Good Lord...being right all the time is almost a curse, sigh.. :rofl:
