    Delete the zmap.index file on C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\STEAM\Omnisphere\Soundsources\Factory\Core Library and refresh.
    For God's sake!! Where are you The Pirate :dunno:

    Send screenshot of first page that shows up when you open Omnisphere. Then, run a diagnostic and also send screenshot of result.

    hi all , a little late to the party here... i have tried to install omnisphere in the past but not working now... the files are all there installed.. would you suggest i delete everything and start again from zero or shall i just try to instal all the latest updates?
    also is the last version of keyscape fully working or does it still require to load the libraries through omnispahere ? thx a lot!!!
    ( im on mac )

    Only because ALL the answers are already in this forum. look at first photograph you uploaded. On left, on top of ''you are up to date" there is a tab aptly named Diagnostic. Click on it. Let it run, send screenshot.

    Ok. You are MISSING ALL THE FACTORY SOUNDSOURCES (you need 5,318) and your file structure for STEAM folder is wrong.
    • It needs to be D:\Spectrasonics\Steam
    • Make a shortcut of STEAM (make sure it is named simply STEAM)
    • Place STEAM shortcut in C:\Program Data\Spectrasonics
    Edit: Do you have TEAMVIEWER? Check your PM

    thank you !!! i actually got it working! :)
    this is what happened to me i tried to patch running the keygen with winox from the mac but when i loaded it it said that the file was locked or something so ive operated it on a real pc and it worked! patched the files and imported it all back in osx , restarted and it works!!!
    i wonder ... with the latest software for mac are we able to open keyscape with its own plugin or are we still needing to use omnisphere ?
