Hey all, I'm having a little trouble with the cracked Omnisphere...

First off I want to thank The Pirate for the work he's done here and anyone else involved. You all are my heroes and I hope I can give back in the same way you do one day.

My issue is: I got Omnisphere working on my Windows. Through the process of installing for my Macbook, I had to execute everything on my windows computer. Patched everything correctly, got the response code in, the program starts up and is totally usable on my Windows.

So how do I get it on my Mac now?

I understand to read the directions. I have many times, and I've crossreferenced this forum, reddit, the comments of 1337x.to, and I'm still stuck. I imagine if I have it up and running on my Windows, then getting it to work on my Macbook should not be too hard right?

If I'm leaving any important details out, which I know I probably am, please tell me to clarify. I just don't know what information is relevant. I should admit that I am semi-new to pirating, and although I've done many many movies and music in my life, programs seem to be a whole different ball game. I am learning a lot from it though, so most likely I will be able to understand the instructions you give me. Feel free to dumb it down though if you'd like ;)

It's the exact same process. I believe the Spectrasonics keygen can either patch a Mac .vst file or its unnecessary for MacOS. Use Wine to run the keygen and get your machine ID and response serial number.

 

I have the Omnisphere application, it's just that it is a .exe file. Every set of instructions just ends with AND ENJOY! How do I run the program thought? Hate to be such a dunce but I'm not sure how to open a windows executable on a Mac. Is Wine suppose to run the app everytime I use it? That's where I'm lost

 

Download cracked parallels desktop from the web and run the Keygen on the virtualised windows environment SIDEWAYS with Omnisphere when you are on the authorisation process.I can confirm this works since I did this very same thing and managed to install it with no problems...

I'm going to try and be real general here because from what I gather I can't reference an actual torrent, but did you use The Pirates 2.6 from the site with 4 digits? I did that, and my main concern is i didn't get all the dyn-somni files. However, after doing all the steps and patching the dll's on my windows, the program works there, but I can't find a way to get it to work on mac.. I would think that those disk image files are crucial but yet it worked on windows so i thought i could just transfer it to my mac. but to no avail..

 

Nope...I used r2r's release on pirate bay...I had problems with the pirate's release as well, and to be specific I couldn't open part's 15 ISO no matter what I tried...

 

copy the Steam folder from PC to Mac (Library/Application Support/Spectrasonic/), OR make Symbolic link (NOT alias) to same location if you use external HD.

Find V. 2.4.0 for mac, install and then update to latest

Is yours 2.6? I hate to be picky but I'd really like 2.6 and i cannot for the life of me find it on tpb. Would you be willing to PM me the link? Seriously man you might just save my life this has stressed me out for over a week trying to figure this out and if it's really just because I got the wrong torrent I'll be relieved that it's not just because I'm retarded

Is updating from 2.4 to 2.6 the same process as Step 7 and Step 8? just unzipping and executing the update? That doesn't throw the crack off at all?

 

once you have licensed it it remembers, but you MUST patch AU and VST every time you update!!!

And very important!

COPY AU/VST (Library/Audio/Plugins/ ) to desktop, patch those on desktop, COPY them back to respective folders.

 

and reboot!

Hi all, so I'm new to all this and a hugeeeeee noob as well. Some of you probably already know about the Omnisphere download for MAC including the FredBloggs guide curtesy of TheTard. It's a bit embarrassing to say (but I'm really new at this) - I'm stuck on the very first step. I downloaded all these files but I'm confused how to "Unzip STEAM parts 1-15 using Keka and extract the ISO wherever you like.".

Am I meant to select all and then "Extract using keka"? Do I do it part by part? Can someone pls walk me through what to do with these files.

Honestly I don't know why you have so many rar files. When i did it, they were all unreadable files, like 7 in each "Part". And youd just open up Part 1, select all files, and extract with keka and it would give me one rar for that folder. Then move on to Part 2 and do the same, another rar would be added. Do the same for all 15 parts and then select all and extract and you should have an iso. Maybe you have a lot and when you extract it will give you the disk images that i'm missing? honestly we're both noobs man but we're figuring it out stay strong buddy

wine didn't work at all for me tbh. don't know why.. or winebottler. i may just not know how to use the programs extensively.

But side question and @gorri if you can explain something for me i'll again be indebted..

I got Omnisphere 2.0. Everything is great and i have all the files i was missing from the 2.6 the pirate download. But the only issue is when i run the installer on mac, it doesn't ask me where i want to install the dll files. Are they just installing in a default place that i dont know?

I checked my VST and Component folders under library\audio. i don't know if that's where they are suppose to go. but I thought the installer was suppose to ask where the dll files go AND ask me to Insert the disk image files into it. it didn't.

I tried doing it on windows and running the Windows installer, and that installer works, it asks me where i want to install the dll files so i put them on my drive to transfer to my mac incase i can work with those, but i'm still unable to install the disk image files.

Can you explain where I am going wrong? I'm following the instructions verbatim now, and it seems that it's just the installer that doesn't give me the proper options..
