Hello everyone. Maybe this is a repost but I was looking for a solution in the forum and I couldn't find one.
I want to install Omnisphere 2.5 to use in FL Studio 12. I have a Windows 7 64 bits.
I download this version of Omnisphere, which brings this in the folder:

I made a short-cut at C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics of it and called it STEAM.

Im really new at this, I didn't install any setup, I just grab Omnisphere.dll at my VST plugins, and when I open it at my DAW this message appears:
Data properties file not found for Omnisphere. A possible explanation is that the installation was not completed properly

did you download the whole package ? 57Gb...

 

I download a package of 180 gb. STEAM folder weighs 170 gb and Files about 8 gb. Now messing around I could skip this problem, but now, when I open Omnisphere it says this :

When I press Accept button, the VST open and I can use it, but it works REEEAAAAALLY SLOW (does this have to do with the other problems) ????

4. Now you can follow the rest of the directions:

1. Copy the Omnisphere file from the Files folder of the required bit depth: x86 / x64 / aax to the folder where your plug-ins and synthesizers are located.
For example: C: \ Program Files \ VSTPlugins

We move along the path C: \ ProgramData (the ProgramData folder is hidden by default in Windows.) It is necessary to enable the display of hidden files in the settings.
Create the Spectrasonics folder in the ProgramData folder and proceed to it.
Next, create a shortcut to the folder STEAM in the Spectrasonics folder saved the main folder Spectrasonics from the distribution and in it to select the folder STEAM)

distribution also contains Keyscape and Trilian shells (dll files). They can also be used, but not necessarily, since the Omnisphere shell has much more options for working with Keyscape and Trilian.
It will be necessary to copy the files Keyscape.dll and Trilian.dll from the Files folder to the folder where your plug-ins and synthesizers are located.
For example: C: \ Program Files \ VSTPlugins
Trilian has its own Keygen, which is located in the Files folder and has the name Trilian KeyGen.exe.
For Keyscape, use the usual KeyGen.exe (the one that activates Omnisphere).
It's worth noting that the files Keyscape.dll and Trilian.dll does not need to patch!
The activation process is exactly the same as in Omnisphere. I will attach only screenshots with a sequence of actions.
It is also worth noting that your DAW is likely to crash when you activate Keyscape (it may happen several times in the activation process)

Omnisphere 2.5 could also crash in fl studio 12 & 20 with win 7 while shutting down
its a bug that they should fix soon,
so use Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2.4.2c if you find fl studio crashing with 2.5.

Sorry, I've never had the answer to these soundsource errors. All of mine work properly, including the specific soundsource of the error that you have. I've been fortunate enough to have never been plagued by any kind of issues on any Spectrasonics product. Maybe someone else can help you.

Have you tryed refresh the database like it asked ?
This is the old tab so its moved a bit to the right but still looks the same.
just click it and let it run till it stops then try load the presets in again.

Do you need all 3 libraries (Keyscape, Omnisphere & Trilian) for this to work? Cuz I really only want Keyscape.

If you only need Keyscape, then only download the files necessary for Keyscape.

So when you're selecting the files you want in the torrent, only select "Keyscape.dll", "KeyGen.exe", and STEAM\Keyscape—and all of its contents, of course.

yes i thought i had an error but when i went to 2.6 it was fine... however the standalone omni wont open it gives the same 2.5 crash error on opening, used to be on closing.

 

Where can i find the torrent used???
