So sad news, he definitely left his mark on this planet and made it possible for thousands musicians, to have a clean space where they can get what they can't afford but need so much to express themselves. This to me is one of the purest things someone can do for people.

My condolences to his family and i would like to thank them for their understanding. I am a family man myself and music has definitely kept me away from my family. Having understanding people around you, makes it a lot easier to be good at what you are doing, whether this is music making or moderation of huge sites like these. I would like to say that this was definitely time well spent and the love from the community here, just prove this very thing.

Very sad news. I was shocked. I was very deeply moved.
Even though I didn't know him well, for me it's like a brother departed (and here we're all kind of brothers).
I chatted with him several times when I sent stuff that he posted it for me. As I got to know him, he was a wonderful and selfless person. Always attentive to everything.
I feel very sorry for the family. And this community has lost one of its important pillars.
