does anyone knows a good tutorial about how to add.. and fix the demo problem in kontakt 6
on catalina ? I've tried everything without luck..

everytime I try to add "EWQL - SO Silver" in 5.6.6 says "no library found"
I've tried deleting the .plist etc and nothing ..

 

The simplest solution is to use Kontakted to generate a nicnt, and then use Kontakt 5.6.x to add the library.
It's a a bit expensive ($20) for such a bare bones app, but it works very quickly and reliably. After generating a new nicnt and wallpaper, just put those in the library folder and re-add the library as you have been, using Kontakt 5x. In some cases, the library won't show in version 5, but it will still work fine in 6.5.x.

Try to drag an EQWL instrument from the EQWL library onto Kontakt (after you open an instance of Kontakt)and check whether it loads.If it does then you can save it as a quickload instrument.You can also drag the instrument from the kontakt files into kontakt. Maybe it will work.Dunno

 

it keeps saying "demo mode" for example.. east west vapor .. can be detected and add it in 5.6.6 and it loads ok.. but if i close 5.6.6 and re open it I have to add it again.. it dissapears... and when I close kontakt 5.6.6 and open kontakt 6.5 and drag a patch or open it.. says demo mode..

 

it looks that some libraries are making a conflict somehow.. i delete the .xml files from "Service Center" in User/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Service Center/here" and start adding them from scratch.. starting with the "ewql" and "zero g" very old ones.. and now they appear in kontat 6.5.. so .. this is strange..
